This information is stored for only 7 days and evaluated anonymously in order to detect and remedy service malfunctions quickly. It is also analyzed to ensure system security, including the detection of improper access attempts and fraud or abuse.
We do not transmit this data to any third parties and do not use it to track users for marketing purposes.
In addition, some widgets that accept visitor input (such as form, contact, and subscription widgets) may store personal information submitted by your visitors on protected, encrypted servers. This data is encrypted and we do not process or use it in any way. By submitting through a widget, the visitor agrees to share their data with the widget owner only; that owner processes it in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Visitors to websites that use WidgetStacks widgets will encounter only one cookie: widgetstacks_viewed_recently - a cookie that prevents inflated view counts.
To support compliance with the GDPR and other privacy laws, we offer options to provide a technical description of this cookie or to disable it altogether at the request of the account owner. Other cookies set by WidgetStacks interact only with WidgetStacks account owners and are designed to support the proper functioning of the service.
6. Law enforcement
You agree that we may disclose your information to authorities if compelled by a court order. Additionally, you agree that we may disclose your information if we reasonably believe that you have violated a law or this Privacy Policy, or if we believe that a third party is at risk of bodily harm. WidgetStacks bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third-party website. We use SSL certificates and vulnerability scanning to enhance the security of our site. However, we make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information. 9. Widgets and integrations
Sign in with Google. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture solely to create and authenticate your WidgetStacks account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Review and social widgets. Widgets display publicly available content (such as public reviews and posts) from the sources you connect. We process this content only to render your widget and keep it up to date, and we do not sell it.
10. When this Privacy Policy applies
This Privacy Policy applies to https://widgetstacks.com/ and the products offered on it, but excludes services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
